In fact, for varsity gradings, after 3 to 4 years instinct our so called students can be categorized as “pro” for night lifestyle.
You know what, once successfully end up in good career, then he will prey for good gurls in the town. After some preying months or years, some how 1 innocent gurl will sangkut with him and end up living for the rest of life. He is consider already tasted many pussies but want a virgin now. Could you guys think the impact the so called innocent gurl committed?

Same introduction of guys in varsity and will go thru with all the above mentioned session. When they say Boss Always Right??…Ill say Definitely Not Always!

This topic comes to my mind today when I had meal with my friends.
Guys… I have notice that most of the superior so called bosses agree with this line ” Customer always Right” or “Boss is always Right”…and….. Can anyone introduce me which moron come up with this phrase???

Haisss….what to say more about this…Today my friend share his experience the confrontation with his boss. The issue was something related to operational matter on haulage. You know guys my friend already plan to move on from this company and just waiting for right timeframe. Well, now its not the problem why he end up arguing, its about his boss so called kottai (balls) pride already and he dont want to give in. As you guys know, I myself as a blogger dont give a damn on about what write on my blog and so be my friends as all of us have AK-47 trigger in the mouth you see..
Alrite let me share what happens next. His boss, trying to put the blame on him and its all about his idiotic move on the subject he argued.
I dont know how to describe his frustration but I can tell you this.. If give me a chance to hurt his physical, first thing Ill do is cut his balls and throw to stray dogs or just give a good kick on it..Got it?

Below goes the exact conversation with him:

Boss: Sugen (not real name), could you check on this haulier why they turn up late to warehouse yesterday?
Sugen: Oh, this case I already email to you this morning, in fact I did sms to you yesterday night itself on real time.
Boss, I didnt received laa…!
Sugen: How I know you didnt receive the msg?
Boss: Ok ok…let me check..

After 15minutes…

Boss: Yahhh..I got your message, I think ah your phone got problem laa..I received late you know..

The Classic Backstabber…

Here comes the hot topic Im writing up..

First of all, Im wondering do anyone able to identify backstabber’s face? I wish can identify them before they play the game…

Its all about people mentality when comes to appreciation,loyalty and how you get fucked up with so called good people at the initial stage and end up reveal their true colours at final endings.

Recently 1 guy joined my company as forwarding executive. He is father of 4 kids and leading a moderate lifestyle.
He was jobless for 8 months and been introduced by forwarding manager to assist in forwarding department.

In the interview after all formality session; at one point of time,my MD asked him “do you have any issue to start work immediately?” since he was not working for sometime.
This asshole fast reaction was come up with his sad story saying that he owe someone RM5000 and need to settle them. Out of sudden MD told him will pay for him and he no need to pay him back. He even ask account manager to give cash cheque to him just to make sure he can start work immediately without any problem.

Shocked with my MD’s reaction, this guy burst out with tears saying that he will never forget my MD and will work till he die for him..and the situation something like he will carry my MD balls where ever he goes from the day onwards.

Ok..all was well and the problem started last 2 weeks when he was given RM900 to pay for some shipment charges. This guy took this money and didnt pay for it and he just “buat bodoh” about it.
After 1 week, my forwarding manager asked him what happen to the money and he insist already paid the money. Stupid asshole right??? It never crossed in this mango idiots head that my forwarding manager will check with the people.

So, as you guys can predict, this bastard didnt pay back the money even after forwarding manager gave him one week to repay back. Then he took MC for few days and went missing..

Today, we receive back the handphone given to him with sim card, and guess what??
We found resignation letter was written in torn letter and kept in handphone box itself!!
Now you guys tell me..he sounds as true mother fucker right?? How cheap he can be for his behaviour…
The least he should take effort to come over and handover the resignation letter in proper way right.. ( eventhough he knew that he is man without balls )

Guys…I believe above story not only happened in my office eventhough the process and procedure he joined our company was “truly classic” on its own.
The question is why people can be like this…day by day more people in animals form rather than human itself…
Actually its a offended comment to mentioned animals; as animals itself very loyal to the owners except normal butt biting cases against the pet owner that we used heard before.
The fact is…now days humans become very selfish and lacking of humanitarian value at all…All think how to screw up another friends ass only.

We witness daily basis people argue for being racist, religion fight, caste fight, chick fight, cock fight…if you ask me, rather than fight for “stupidity” …firstly plant good morality value in each heart..then you can see the rest issue will solved amicably..

How to be a Religous person without a Religion

Big salam to all…
Above title is something really makes me to pen down even though its Saturday night…and that is “soda” night mike..

Well lets go to the topic…I have met up with this interesting person whom actually Im reporting to him in my organization. Anyway he had resigned yesterday for a simple reason.. HE WANTS FREEDOM AND NOT GOING TO WORK FOR 1 YEAR!…

This guy is down to earth but yet no nonsense guy when comes to perfection in each and every task taken place.
Recently, we have opened up a topic about spirituality and religion.
My first question to him was what religion he is and he answered I dont have religion and I dont follow one.
After some confrontation with him..I’ve give my thought about it here.

As a well earned person with steady income and not married till now..he is leading a life as it comes his way….but what was make me to look at his stand his the reason he gave me why leading a life without a religion.

Every religion got its own principal on how to carry on it with full of devotion. In fact there is no religion without morality aspect. Hence, for a person to follow a religion PERFECTLY he must obey the basic criteria by saying BIG NO NO to do not drink alcohol,smoke any cigarette, fuck women, betrayal etc etc..
Ethu ellam sathiammaaa?? ( damn it how possible it is??? )

Is it possible to perfectly practise the teachings in this modernized world which is full of sin and betrayal?
We should ask ourself. Example those ventured in business, they have to practise petty lies to customer in order to gain profit. It same goes to others even in the daily life we lead.

Real example is take his own situation. He been approached by a monk asking him to become a devoted Buddhist. This took place because this guy spent his leisure time with helping orphanage kid in homes and take part in some charity occasions. Further to add on, even though by his career portfolio, he is an regional manager for a well known organization, he never fails to go orphanage home nearby his house for housekeeping and when I say housekeeping its including washing bathrooms and sweeping!

This is what makes me to think deeply where do I stand and what is my contribution towards people whom really plenty of them needy out there.
Guys….how many of us practise this kinda life in this living world?

The part is, when he been confronted by the monk he challenge the monk asking how many of us practising as real Buddhist? What he meant is majority of us guys do drink alcohol and smoke cigarette. That is already prohibited in religion. So dont that sounds cheating yourself and the religion you practised when you claim yourself as a Buddhist?
This was his exact answer to the monk and the monk didnt anything and move out from there with great respect for this man.

Namba ellam enna seirum ippo? We claim ourself as Indian and practised Hinduism. We been taught how deep Hinduism is but yet we do alot of things againts the religion itself.
Ironically its all depends how we take this to our mind and give it a good thought for it.

Of course I didnt encourage anyone to lead life without religion or dont practise or follow any one of it.
The things is… when we say religion, its really pure and need deep devotion to practised it.

So if you think you’re doing the right thing….then go ahead with it..or else if you are not fully follow the rules as the religion should be practised…then dont cheat yourself and claim you are a Hindu, Muslim,Buddhist or Christian.

You know why????? because end of the day all the religion carries and need high morality and integrity to adopt one or to practise it with full devotion.

Im not a great religion follower also because Im just another asshole who still claim as Hindu but do all the sins together…

When Serial Drama Masala becomes Our Community ” Masalah”

Yes! Its all about the serial dramas Im gonna spill out..

This is my first article after sometime and this one is pending for long in my mind.
What is happening nowdays in almost each Indian household especially on prime time? Nothing else than serial drama been aired for the devoted viewers who stick their butt in front of TV.
Now the point is, what is happening mostly in this dramas? Its nothing than fucking fighting within family members which will be prolonged for many days…opss it actually lead to months and some dramas lead to yearssss! Kadavuley mudiyilea paaa
The worst thing need to be noted in those dramas which our people enjoying is pointed as below:

- How to fight within family members
- How to use suitable bad words in front of kids to fight.
- How to seperate united family
- How to fuck and screwed others life.
- How to dig neighbours story and make it a big release of the day.

Guys… this list can prolong even longer!
Why our elders can be so attracted to this dramas is still 1 million dollar question when it basically talking about same thing again and again and the best part is they not get bored with this sickness but in fact become more addicted :S
See…I never say we cannot watch those dramas..the kids honestly eventually learning all the bad “serial mantra words” from this. Below was simple example for what Ive said..

A intensive class viewing of 10 episodes shall shape up a person to successfully bring down another person in life..

I have nothin much to do in ofis today…so feel wanna write something about relations…I mean namba family sonthakaravengga than…

Yes! that was in my mind…Honestly this kinda every issue will be related to relations when we want to take some decision in life..and UNIQUELY…ONLY IN OUR INDIAN FAMILY MAJORITY HAPPENING LIKE THIS

I crossed this in my family many times..whatever things we want to do and if its not usual matter then parents immediately will say “what our ppl will say if you do this ah”.. Yes!!! HONESTLY i dont understand this formula of parents..

Im not saying parents is wrong but giving relations or relations kids on how they doing in life is totally sickening for me!!
Example, when I wanted to study private college, my father told me just like below converse:

Me: Appa , I wan to study at college for this course..
Father: Yenda course se? go lar study fomr 6 and enter university…
Me: College pona kude can go university paa.
Fathee: Venam venam…Kavitha akka paru ( my cousin la) university poiyee grad pannirici…Neeyum antha mari poi padichi grad panne..
Me: Aiyoo…Illai paa akka veke form 6 seiyanum aasai…thats why she go and do it..Enake form 6 venam paa…kastama ellarum sodrangga..I want do course..
Father: Kuttali peca ketekitte pesathey nee…Olunga form 6 padi da…aprum public unversity polam..

My point of view is our parents should give priority for the kids ambition rather than consider relations remark on us and it can be any matter also..not only studies wise….

Many Stars but one movie – When?

Below is what Ive read in an article that makes me to publish here..

Just imagine somebody remaking ‘Sholay’ with Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan playing Amitabh and Dharmendra? Or our own ‘Thirisoolam’ remade with Sarath Kumar as the father and Vijay and Ajith as the two sons. Wow! Isn’t it? Kollywood has many talented actors and surprisingly they are very reluctant to come together for a single film. Actors are ready to play cameos but still not ready to do a parallel role with another hero. Why is that so?

In Hollywood and Bollywood we have seen great actors coming together for one film. The great stars were and are always ready to come together for a good script irrespective of their age and experience.

From Marlon Brando, Al Pacino to Jack Nicholson, Sean Connery to Richard Gere, Tom Cruise to Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp the list is never-ending. Films like A Few Good Men, Godfather, Catch me if you can, Departed are made more memorable also because of the perfect casting possible.

Even in Hindi cinema actors from Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra to the present Abhishek, Ajay Devagan to Salman Khan, Shahruk Khan and Saif all the saleable heroes have no second thoughts in accepting multi-starrers. Film like Sholay, Shaan, Saudaagar, Mohabbatein and many more were possible only with the ego less professionals.

But in Tamil multi-starrer films are rarer than one could imagine. Not just now, but even in those days the top two in the number game have never worked together. If you ask anybody which is the first multi-starrer film in Tamil, invariably most of the people would answer ‘Koondukili’. In theory they may be right as film admirers. But technically the may not be completely right as that was the time when the concept of super stars were emerging. Even when the triumvirate dominated Tamil cinema in the sixties we could see only Gemini Ganesan and SS Rajendran share screen space with other biggies. Even here while SSR managed with both MGR and Sivaji, the other Gemini Ganesan could do just one film ‘Mugarasi’ with MGR in his entire career.

After that the notable multi-star combination in Tamil was that of Rajini and Kamal. If you look closely even this pair broke after they both achieved individual stardom. Most of the Rajini’s early films before turning a solo hero were with Kamal Haasan. Apoorvaragangal, Moontru Mudichu, Avargal, Aadu Puli Aatam, 16 Vayainiley and Ilama Oonjaladugirathu. During this period even Kamal wasn’t a super star but was ahead of Rajini.

When Kamal and Rajini decided on the sets of ‘Ilamai Oonjaladukirathu’ not to work together again and make a separate career nobody could foresee the future. This important decision had its own pros and cons. But for the film buffs cons were more. Apart from a few cameos they both last came together for their mentor K. Balachander in ‘Ninaithale Inikkum’. In the middle when Ramanaidu was planning the multi-starrer ‘Thanikattu Raja’ Kamal was approached and he politely refused reminding them the decision he and Rajini took. Kamal and Rajini later combined with actors like Karthik, Prabhu but not with the likes of Vijayakanth, Sathyaraj. In the Hindi film ‘Geraftaar’ Kamal and Rajini worked together but there was no single combination shot in the three hour long film.

After Rajini-Kamal the super stardom did not belong to any two but there were many takers. Vijayakanth, Sathyaraj, Prabhu, Karthik, Sarath Kumar all of them had their share at different time. Of these Prabhu is the one who did more multi starrer than others. He and Sathyaraj had a few successful films together like ‘China Thambi Periya Thambi’ and ‘Palaivana Rojakkal’.

Vijayakanth and Prabhu did their only film together ‘Kaalaiyum Neeye Maalayum Neeye’. ‘Guru Sishyan’ and ‘Dharmathin Thalaivan’ with Rajini, ‘Vetri Vizha’ with Kamal. Prabhu was seen here there with all the people. Others in their initial stages of their solo career didn’t mind but once they started having their own fan following they strictly preferred to go on their own.

When we talk about multi-starrer films remember we are talking about popular main stream actors sharing significant screen space with another equally popular actor. Not just guest roles or cameo appearances.

So what is stopping Kollywood actors from coming together?
Above question shows one of the reason why Kollywood cant make it big in international screen and still behind Bollywood or even Hollywood…
